  Tee Pipe Packer are products that allow point repair of pipes with T connection with the help of design. It is produced with a design that allows combinations of repair hats of different sizes and inflating the hat to be mounted on the product, thanks to the M6 female bolt flowing in the middle of the product. Please be advised that the repair hat required for the packer is not included in the package and will not be supplied by PlugCo. Customers are responsible for sourcing this component separately as needed.

  TPP model is multi-size packer which means that you can use one TPP model for many pipe sizes. For example, you can use TPP200250 for all pipe diameters between 200mm up to 250mm. You can check in the above table for the Usage Size Range of each T Pipe Packer model.

The Smart Pressure Control System (SPCS) is an advanced solution designed by PlugCo for the automatic inflation of pipe plugs, ensuring they reach and maintain the required inflation pressure. This system precisely regulates the inflation pressure, preventing it from exceeding or falling below the preset pressure.

Application

The Smart Pressure Control System is especially recommended for use when the user needs to keep the plug in the pipeline for more than a few hours. In such cases, external factors, such as temperature changes, can affect the pressure. Excess inflation pressure can cause the plug to burst, while a drop in pressure can lead to the plug sliding due to back pressure, potentially resulting in another burst. This is where the SPCS comes into play, efficiently supplying or releasing air to maintain the specified pressure level. The device can be easily set to the required pressure mechanically and operates via a simple On/Off switch.

A pressure gauge placed on the device allows for real-time monitoring of the inflation pressure, providing transparency and control. The SPCS is equipped with a single air supply connection that must be connected to the compressor, while the other two access points are connected to the pipe plug, which is already equipped with two inflation ports.

What dimensions of huge bypass plugs do we produce?

The huge bypass allows the water to pass freely from bypass pipe and enables workers to enter manhole for repairing it safely.
